Perkins is an Operations & Administrative Specialist with over five years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations through effective office management and administrative coordination. She excels in people-centered environments and finds genuine joy in helping others work more efficiently and feel more supported.
Her passion for democracy and public service led her to earn a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, with a focus on human services. Over the years, she has contributed her skills to nonprofits, educational institutions, and government-adjacent organizations, always bringing a calm, solutions-oriented approach to her work.
At FMC, Renee supports the team by keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensuring that everyone has what they need to stay focused on their mission. She brings a steady presence, communicates with clarity and care, and approaches her work with thoughtfulness and intention.
Outside of work, Renee enjoys volunteering, reading, writing, and spending time with her four cats, affectionately known as her “adorable monsters.” She believes that even the smallest acts of support can create meaningful change, and she takes pride in contributing to that impact every day.
