Erica Daye
Associate Director, Operations
Erica Daye joined FMC in September 2019.
In collaboration with the CEO and other FMC team members, Erica will work towards streamlining processes and creating efficiencies in FMC’s daily operations. Erica holds dual Masters in Business Administration and Non-Profit Association Management from the University of Maryland University College.
Erica attended the University of the District of Columbia where she graduated with a major in Business Administration. As an undergraduate student, Erica joined with other students in a major protest against the university’s plan to an immediate 50% increase in tuition for international students. After testifying before the DC City Council, the students won a major victory in stopping this action. Her 20-year career has focused on supporting and assisting non-profits elevating their pursuit to positively impact individuals, society, the United States and the global community.
A native of Washington, DC, Erica spends time doing service work in support of social diversity, community harmony and development.
